WILPF branches continued the sad tradition of commemorating the 1945 A-bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki around the 6th and 9th of August this year, as a way of reminding ourselves why we work so hard to abolish nuclear weapons. Branches commemorate the 76th anniversaries with virtual and in-person events. Read more to learn what branches all over the USA did.
